DAVID  W. PEARSON, M.D. has photographed birds for fifty years.  As a child he spent summers in Woods Hole, Massachusetts taking Ornithology courses at the Children’s School of Science, studying the lives and habits of birds. Dr. Pearson is the Medical Director of Associates for Adolescents & Family Psychotherapy and is an Emeritus Professor at Brown University Medical School.  As a mental health professional he continues to advocate on behalf of children and adolescents.  His partial retirement gives him time to photograph birds.
